Are the products authentic?

Because we appreciate your trust, we tend to work only with the official representatives, suppliers of products to the largest commercial networks in the European Union. At the same time, we certainly confirm the high quality of cosmetics through the entire package of documents covered by European Union legislation, also using our own supply control system.

All products sold on the my-k.ro website are original and imported directly from the country of origin, Republic of Korea.

What is the date written on the product packaging? Is my product expired?

Cosmetics companies in the Republic of Korea usually write on the packaging date of manufacture products. This is indicated by . Sometimes the expiration date of the product is also written with EXP or 유통 기간 and is almost always accompanied by the date of manufacture.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed both from your account (it is necessary to create a customer account with a valid email address) and without being registered on our site. Add the desired products to the cart, and complete the order by filling in the corresponding fields with real and correct data.

The payment methods available on the site are:

1. Credit / Debit Card CARD - Online Payment processor (Mobilpay - Netopia) - accepted cards are Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron - any model.

  • After completing the order you will be automatically redirected to the page. secure, dedicated to online card payments, where you will have to follow the instructions received. Once you have completed the payment, both you and we receive a notification via email (the absence of this notification from MobilPay / Netopia indicates that the transaction was not completed successfully).
  • The processing of card data is done exclusively on the Mobilpay server, my-k.ro does not request and does not store any details regarding your card.
  • Your transaction through the Online Payment system will appear on the account statement with the name STEEL CONSULT SRL.

2. Refunds

If for some reason you are unable to make card payments, the best option would be to pay the order amount by courier after delivery of the product. It is advisable to have the exact amount to avoid cases where the courier cannot deliver the rest to you.

3. Bank transfer

At the end of the order you can select the payment by bank transfer directly to the bank account of the company. You will receive an order number, which you will have to enter in the payment details, at the same time you will promise all the account information and the name of the company where the payment will be made.

I have not completed the payment, how can I resume the process?

If you encounter errors when entering your card details, the order can be paid by entering the order section to retry the payment, access the order and click on "Retry payment through PlatiOnline". The possibility to "Retry payment via MobilPay" is valid for 24 hours, after the expiration of this term, the order can no longer be paid.

* Note: There is a possibility that in the past time since you placed the order and until the moment you complete the payment, the products will no longer be in stock, the site does not make product reservations. If you manage to pay and the products are no longer in stock, the transaction will be canceled and the money will be refunded.

Can I bill my company?

On the Order Completion page, you can select instead of Individual - Legal Entity, so the boxes will appear where you will fill in the company data, for which the invoice will be issued. If you have placed the order as a natural person, the invoice cannot be generated for the legal person, this also applies to the change from the legal person to the natural person.

How can I change my contact details?

You can change your customer data at any time by accessing the "Addresses" and "Account Details" sections of "My Account".

I forgot my password, how do I log in?

If you forgot your password, please click on "Forgot your password?" under Registration. You will be asked for the e-mail address for login and based on the instructions you will be reset your password, the system will generate a new password, which will consist of characters chosen at random by a computer program.

Delivery and return

    Starting with March 2021, My-K Romania has entered into a partnership with Bringo for fast home delivery of product orders from our online store www.my-k.ro, to come to the aid of our customers in Bucharest, who want that our products can be delivered in just 90 minutes. My-K Romania customers living in Bucharest, with a coverage area for the Bringo application, have the opportunity to choose from over 200 products available, with no minimum order required. The number of available items will be gradually increased. Delivery will be made in a maximum of 90 minutes, in compliance with all safety measures.
How long does delivery take?

The delivery of the products in stock is done in 24 - 72 hours, for the other products it can take from 5 to 14 days, and in extreme situations even 21 days.

How much does delivery cost?
  • 15 lei for orders up to 150 lei, only for orders from Romania.
  • 50 lei for orders from the European Union and the UK.
  • For orders over 150 lei, transport is free, only for orders from Romania.
How do I get free shipping?

Only in Romania you can benefit from free delivery, if the value of your basket (after applying the coupons / discounts) exceeds 150 lei.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver by courier in European Union countries and in the UK, for a cost of 50 lei / delivery.

How do I return the products?

The right of return applies only to products ordered and paid for through the site. A return request is completed: click Return request form.

According to GEO no. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract, notifying in writing (download the model of the withdrawal form), by e-mail, at [email protected] or by courier, that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. The waiver of purchase is applicable only to individual customers (art. 2 para. 1).

The following are exempt from the right to withdraw from the contract:

1. the supply of products which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (art. 16, letter d);

2. the supply of sealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the consumer (art. 16, letter e);

Thus, the returned cosmetic and hygiene products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, in the original packaging (including protective foil or seal, if any), with all related accessories, without signs of wear, modification or consumption. , both in the case of products and accessories (boxes, additional packaging), with the labels intact and all the original documents that accompanied them (eg instructions for use).

The return of the products will be made at the customer's expense, without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicated to the supplier his decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with art. 11. The term is respected if the products are sent back by the consumer before the expiration of the period of 14 calendar days (art. 14, paragraph 1).

Upon receipt, the package will be checked to see if it meets the above conditions, otherwise it will be refused. Thus, packages containing products in a state other than the one in which they were delivered, those whose return has not been notified in advance, as well as those containing products damaged during transport as a result of improper packaging will be rejected.

According to the law, Steel Connsult SRL will return the value of the returned products (excluding shipping fees) within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return for orders paid with the card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading.

Does returning the products cost me anything?

The return of the products will be made at the customer's expense, without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicated to the supplier his return decision.
