Yes. All products sold on my-k.ro are 100% original, imported directly from South Korea. We collaborate only with official brand representatives and authorized suppliers and use our own quality control system.

We want to offer products from brands that do not test on animals, but you can find this information in the description of each product/brand.

What does the date on the product packaging mean? Is it expired?

Korean companies generally list the manufacturing date (제조일). Sometimes the expiration date (EXP or 바이트기리) is also mentioned. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time.

Yes, we have a wide range suitable for all skin types. Consult the product descriptions for personalized recommendations.

You can order with or without an account. Add the products to your cart, fill in the delivery details and choose your preferred payment method.

Log in to your account → "Orders" section → "Retry payment via PlatiOnline" (valid 24 hours from placing the order).

Yes, you can enter the company name and CUI on the checkout page.

Log in to your account and access the "My Account" → "Addresses" and "Account Details" section.

Click on "Forgot your password?", enter your email and follow the steps in the message. Or contact us and we will help you reset it.

4. Delivery

- 24-72h for products in stock

- 5-14 days for pre-orders

- 15 lei for orders under 250 lei

- Free over 250 lei (only in Romania)

- 50 lei for the EU

Yes, in all EU countries, by courier.

5. Returns and refunds

Send an email to contact@my-k.ro with the subject "RETURN", mentioning:

- Full name

- Order number

- The products you want to return

- Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve our services)

- Data required for reimbursement (full name, IBAN)

Send the package within max. 14 calendar days of receipt. Products must be sealed and in the original packaging. [link to Return Policy]

No. Only sealed, unused products accompanied by original documents are accepted.

We offer support for orders, K-beauty products, skincare recommendations, and other questions related to Korean cosmetics.

Yes, if you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, we can make changes or cancellations before it is processed. Please email us or call us and mention your order number and the products in question.

If the order has already been processed, modification is no longer possible.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery generally takes 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery area. All K-beauty products are shipped quickly from our own stock, directly from Romania.

After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time. We personally handle every order, whether it's a Korean cream, serum or face mask. If you haven't received the confirmation, you can always write to us and we will check for you.

Absolutely. All Korean cosmetics on the My-K website are original, imported directly from South Korea, from established K-beauty brands. We do not work with intermediaries and do not sell replicas.

On each product page you will find recommendations for oily, dry, sensitive or combination skin. If you need personalized advice for your Korean skincare routine, write to us and we will guide you for free.

Enter the promo code in the "Discount code" field at checkout. The discount is automatically applied and can be used on any Korean skincare product on sale.

Yes, within the limits of available stock, we include samples in orders.

Currently, we only deliver to Romania. We are preparing to expand delivery to other European countries so that My-K Korean cosmetics can also reach K-beauty fans outside the country.

You can visit our physical My-K stores in two major shopping centers in Bucharest, where you can find a full range of original Korean cosmetics:

– You can find us in AFI Cotroceni, on the 1st floor, between Cărturești and Peek & Cloppenburg. Our island is easily accessible from the food court area and near the escalators.

– You can also find us in Park Lake, on the ground floor, next to Starbucks, close to the main entrance.

Regardless of location, in My-K physical stores you can test K-beauty products, ask for personalized recommendations, and receive advice on your Korean skincare routine.
