OFFICIAL RULES OF THE CAMPAIGN "-35% off Isntree & Lookatme products – ParkLake Pop-Up Store"

1. CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER
The promotional campaign is organized by MY K RETAIL & DISTRIBUTION S.R.L.,
a Romanian legal entity, with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 4, Șoseaua Berceni no. 96,
P+M Mall Commercial Complex, Mezzanine, Space no. 27, registered with the Trade Register
under no. J2019005856404 (11.04.2025), CUI RO41048065, hereinafter referred to as
"the Organizer".
The campaign takes place within ParkLake Shopping Center, at the MYK Retail pop-up store.

2. PERIOD AND LOCATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
• Period: 01.03.2026 – 10.03.2026
• Hours: 12:00 – 20:00
• Location: MYK Retail Stand (pop-up store) located inside ParkLake Shopping
Center, Bucharest.

3. CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVE
During the campaign, customers benefit from a 35% discount applied to the selling price
for selected products from the following brands:
• Isntree
• Lookatme
The discount applies exclusively to products included in the official campaign list, available:
• at the MYK Retail stand
• on the website www.my-k.ro

4. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS
The campaign is valid for Korean cosmetic products from the Isntree and
Lookatme brands, according to the list displayed at the stand.
The discount:
• Is applied directly at the cash register.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts.
• Is valid while stocks last.

5. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
All individuals aged at least 18 who purchase participating products during the campaign period, from the aforementioned location, may participate in the campaign.

6. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
A. 35% Discount Mechanism
To benefit from the discount:
1. The customer selects participating products from the MYK Retail stand.
2. The 35% discount is automatically applied at the time of payment.
3. Payment can be made using accepted methods at the location (cash/card).
No prior registration or form completion is required.
B. "Photo at the Stand & Win a Gift" Mechanism
Name of the promotional mechanic:
"Photo at the Stand & Win a Gift"

1. Conditions for participation
Any individual who cumulatively meets the following conditions may participate in the campaign:
• Visits the promotion stand of the participating brands.
• Takes a photo at the stand.
• Posts the photo on their personal Instagram account, in the InstaStory section.
• Tags/mentions:
o @isntree
o @lookatme
The Instagram account must be public during the campaign to allow verification of compliance with the conditions.

2. Prize Award Mechanism
• After publishing the InstaStory as required, the participant will show the post to
a representative of the stand.
• The participant will have the opportunity to draw a slip from the specially prepared bowl/jar
at the stand.
• Each slip contains a guaranteed prize.
• Prizes are awarded on the spot, while stocks last.
• Each participant can participate only once during the campaign.

4. Important mentions regarding prizes
• Products offered free of charge cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or other benefits.
• Prizes are awarded while stocks last.
• The Organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with products of similar value
if stocks run out.
• The Organizer may verify the authenticity of posts and may invalidate entries
that do not comply with the established conditions.
• Products offered free of charge do not affect the application of the 35% discount for
purchased products.

7. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Products purchased during the campaign can be returned according to current legislation and
MYK Retail's internal policy, displayed at the stand.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
No personal data is collected within this campaign, except for situations
required by law (e.g., invoicing).

9. CAMPAIGN TERMINATION / MODIFICATION
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign early,
by informing the public through display at the stand and/or on the website.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
The regulations are available free of charge:
• at the MYK Retail stand in ParkLake Shopping Center, throughout the campaign;
• on the website www.my-k.ro.
Participation in the campaign implies full acceptance of these regulations.
