Green tea water, also known as "Donguibogan", has a rich medical history dating back to the Joseon Dynasty. It is renowned for its ability to soothe the skin and protect against the harmful effects of UV rays, due to its high vitamin C and catechin content.
Panthenol is converted to vitamin B once absorbed into the skin. When combined with moisturizing ingredients, such as glycerin or butylene glycol, it improves skin hydration and creates a protective barrier against irritants.
